David Bellamy Conservation Award

Here at St Margaret’s we hold the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award

For this we promote many conservation ideas. From our extensive recycling of rubbish to our wildlife and fauna.

We have two bug hotels,a butterfly bar and a bee garden. Also a number of areas around the park of wild flowers which are left alone to produce a valuable source of food for a variety of wildlife.

Every lodge has its own bird feeder allowing you the chance to see many birds, and of course, the squirrels up close. If your not sure what is visiting your feeder then check out our wildlife information boards to put a name to the birds you see.
